I had signed up for eFolio when I first heard about it over a year ago. Beats a thumb drive. Just updated it, too.
Have not heard of some of the others. I'm checking out Thumbstack, Zoho Show 2.0, PictureTrail and no one I know is using it. Everyone is using Flickr, Photobucket or Picasa. I've switched to Picasa because of the amount of storage available.
I like the Flicker Badge.
